1. Copyright

All images on this website are the property of Carmela Kolb (Photography) and may not be copied, downloaded, or used without written permission.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon payment or deposit as agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit unless otherwise agreed.

4. Image Delivery

Edited images are delivered within the timeframe specified in the client agreement.

5. Liability

Carmela Kolb (Photography) is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, or client non-cooperation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
